Overview

Rebecca Lerma is a paralegal in the Litigation practice group. Rebecca is a skilled paralegal with 15 years of litigation experience in the areas of product liability, automotive, real estate, and employment.

Rebecca assists with all phases of litigation. She routinely drafts discovery requests and responses, discovery pleadings and motions, and manages electronic discovery projects from collection through production. She conducts investigations, onsite inspections, and witness interviews. She drafts correspondence, pleadings, and mediation and arbitration briefs. Rebecca assists in pre-trial preparation, including exhibits, subpoenas, joint statements, jury instructions, and witness coordination. She has assisted and presented exhibits at administrative hearings as well as trials in both state and federal courts.
