- Represented Gramor Development, Inc. in the development, leasing and sale of numerous suburban shopping centers in the Portland, Oregon-Vancouver, Washington area.
- Represented Steve Oliva in the sale of Hi-School Pharmacy locations in Oregon and Washington to Walgreens.Represented Hanna Andersson Corporation in retail leasing throughout the United States.
- Represented C.E. John Company, Inc. in the development and leasing of retail developments in Oregon.
