Ethan Samson is an associate in the Corporate practice group. He represents and advises public and private companies with respect to mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, debt and equity financings and general corporate matters.

Representative Work

• Acquisition by Apex Construction Systems, Inc. of Arxx Building Products, Inc., an Ontario, Canada-based manufacturer of insulated concrete forms and wall systems.
• Merger of Serveron Corporation, an Oregon-based electric utility services provider with BPL Global, Ltd., a Pennsylvania software solutions company.
• Sale of Frontline Direct, Inc., an online advertising company, to the Adconian Media Group, a global online advertising network.
• Sale of an annual and perennial plant business to a financial buyer.
• Series A Preferred Stock Financing for Oregon-based solar chip manufacturer.
• Acquisition of minority stake in Russian broker-dealer; acquisition of $2.5 billion asset manager; acquisition of $440 million real estate investment advisor.
