Experience
Geoff Tichenor is an associate in the Environmental Compliance section of the Resources, Development and Environment practice group and has provided environmental litigation defense and environmental and OSHA regulatory compliance counseling for a variety of corporate clients. Geoff also has experience on issues arising under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Clean Air Act (CAA).
