Experience
Emily L. Grande is an associate in the firm's Litigation group. She assists clients in a range of commercial litigation , including state law contract disputes and disputes governed by the Uniform Commercial Code.
Prior to joining the firm, Emily clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Franklin L. Noel in the District of Minnesota (2007-2009). During her clerkship, Emily worked on a wide variety of cases, including contract disputes, class actions, multi-district litigations, patent and copyright cases, products liability claims, and employment disputes.
