Experience

Kevin Beaton is a partner of the firm practicing in the areas of environmental, administrative, and natural resources law with an emphasis on water quality, Clean Water Act permitting, Endangered Species Act consultations, water rights and related federal and state environmental enforcement actions. He represents industrial clients, municipalities, energy companies on a variety of water quality matters including NPDES permits, TMDLS, 401 certifications and development of water quality standards and regulations.
