Gregory H. Macpherson

Experience

Greg Macpherson practices in the field of employee benefits, including the design and operation of health, retirement, disability, and incentive compensation plans. He advises employers and employee trusts in a variety of industries. Greg has extensive experience with issues and controversies related to unfunded pension liabilities as counsel to boards of trustees and to employers contributing for their workers. He advises a number of medical and other professional groups on retirement plans and the role of employee benefit plans in the attraction and retention of professional employees.
