Troy Hutchinson practices in the Litigation group. Troy has a national practice representing clients in both state and federal courts in complex class actions involving antitrust, securities, consumer protection, deceptive trade practices, RICO, fraud, breach of warranty and other claims.
He also represents clients in other civil litigation matters implicating liability for breach of contract, trademark infringement, tortious interference claims, breach of fiduciary duty claims, unfair and unlawful competition, trade secret misappropriation, business and securities fraud, and remedies under the Uniform Commercial Code.
