David J. Jordan


Experience

David Jordan is a partner of the firm concentrating his practice in commercial litigation. He has represented business and individuals in a wide variety of civil matters, including anti-trust cases, intellectual property cases, environmental cases, mining cases, securities cases and other commercial disputes. David is the former U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah, and served from 1992 to 1993 as Vice-Chairman of the U.S. Attorney General's Advisory Committee. He is a member of the firm's white collar crime practice group, and is experienced in handling criminal matters.
