Stephen P. Kelly

|
ExperienceStephen Kelly focuses his practice on construction and development, including contract drafting and negotiating and construction-related litigation. He has represented private and public owners, developers, contractors and designers in many facets of development and construction law.
Stephen also represents clients in a variety of Federal Indian law matters. Before joining the firm, he served for nine years as staff attorney for the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde, acting as lead counsel on many construction and development projects and representing the Tribes regularly in tribal and state court.
