Experience
Lainie Decker's practice encompasses both corporate and employment matters. She represents companies in employment litigation and advises management on a wide range of employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour claims. Lainie also has extensive experience representing businesses on general corporate issues, entity formation and financings, contract drafting, securities law compliance, and mergers and acquisitions.
