Lori Le Cheminant is an associate in the Corporate, Finance and Securities practice group. Lori represents public and private companies in a variety of business transactions, including general securities law compliance, public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions.

Representative Work

• Represented Tektronix, Inc. in the $2.8 billion sale of its business to Danaher Corporation.
• Represented Brookfield Asset Management in a $2.15 billion acquisition of all the outstanding shares of Longview Fibre Company, publicly held real estate investment trust.
• Represented Longview Fibre Paper & Packaging Inc., a manufacturer of specialty paper and containers, in its sale to Tricap Partners, a family of restructuring funds.
• Represented Internet domain name auction business in a sale of the company.
• Represented forest products company in $1 billion secured debt financing.
• Represented public utility in public offering of $300 million first mortgage bonds.
• Represented Tektronix, Inc. in $300 million 144A notes offering.
• Represented internet-based curriculum company in its offering of $26 million Series D Preferred Stock.
• Represented Elemental Technologies, Inc., a software developer, in its $7 million offering of Series A Preferred Stock.
• Represented internet company in its $3.9 million offering of Series A Preferred Stock.
