About Jason

Jason Brauser is a partner at Stoel Rives LLP who advises boards of directors, management teams, business owners and investors on corporate and strategic business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and corporate finance, fiduciary duties, management compensation and other important business matters. Jason works with companies in several industries, notably energy, manufacturing, health care and information technology. He represents companies in all stages of development, from start-ups and early-stage to large, publicly traded companies.

Jason is a member of Stoel Rives’ Executive Committee.

Mergers & Acquisitions

  • Representation of Ahern Rentals, Inc., the eighth largest rental equipment company in North America, in its sale of substantially all of its assets to United Rentals, Inc., for approximately $2 billion.
  • Representation of national general construction contractor and its two shareholders in the sale of all its outstanding capital stock to a special trade contractor.
  • Representation of NuScale Power, LLC in its $40 million sale of Preferred Units to an affiliate of JGC Holdings Corporation and its negotiation of a business collaboration agreement with JGC, a global EPC company headquartered in Japan.
  • Representation of Precision Castparts Corp. on several acquisitions of aerospace and manufacturing companies.
  • Representation of dental service management company in the sale of itself and associated dental practices to strategic buyer.
  • Representation of regional tool manufacturer in its sale to a German strategic buyer.
  • Representation of private equity firm in purchase of freeze-dried food manufacturer.
  • Representation of owners of a company that offers online training programs for professionals in its sale to a portfolio company of the private equity firm.
  • Representation of supplier of HVAC equipment in its sale to a strategic buyer.
