Randy Foster is a partner of the firm representing clients in complex business and intellectual property disputes, antitrust and trade regulation, unfair competition and false advertising, international arbitration and the distribution of products and services. He has handled matters for clients across a broad range of industries, including electronics, software, forest products, biotechnology, health care, petroleum products, advertising and branding, telecommunications, retailing and motor vehicles. He is a frequent lecturer and author on antitrust and the protection of intellectual property. Randy has served on the firm's Executive Committee, as a Practice Group Leader for the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property Group, and as the lead partner for client relations.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Randy was a legislative assistant to U.S. Senator Frank Church from 1974 to 1978.
