Overview

Nick Gourley is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group. Nick focuses his practice on a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, investment fund formation, financing transactions, securities regulation and compliance, and contract drafting and negotiation. Nick prides himself on consistently being accessible and responsive in serving his clients’ needs.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Nick worked as a law clerk and summer associate at Stoel Rives, interned for the general counsel of a national life insurance company, and served in the U.S. Army as a Special Forces Engineer Sergeant. Nick is a native Idahoan and enjoys skiing, playing tennis, and spending time outdoors with his family.
