About Samara
Samara Cohen is an associate in the project finance section of Stoel Rives’ Corporate group. She provides advice and analysis to clients regarding project financing and general corporate matters, including under credit facilities and ongoing compliance with security requirements under the UCC. Samara has experience in the drafting and negotiation of a variety of transaction documents and in conducting due diligence in support of corporate and transactional matters.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Samara was an associate (2019–2022) and summer associate (2018) with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. For much of 2022, she was seconded to the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia.
