Overview

Travis Stadler is an associate in the project finance group at Stoel Rives LLP. Travis’ practice focuses on the development and financing of renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Travis worked for Ernst & Young in its International Tax and Transaction Services group in Seattle (2014–2021). While at Ernst & Young, he led a team of professionals at varying levels across both domestic and international offices to provide tax planning, cross-border restructuring, acquisition and divestiture planning, and international tax compliance services to clients ranging in size from local small businesses to large multinational corporations.

During law school, Travis was a legal extern to the Honorable Richard T. Okrent (2013) and worked for several nonprofits where he provided legal services to underserved communities.
