  • Representation of purchaser in acquisition of $47 million apartment complex in Tacoma, Washington, and related acquisition/rehabilitation financing.
  • Representation of seller of $13 million office building in Bellevue, Washington.
  • Representation of purchaser in acquisition of $15 million apartment project in Lynnwood, Washington, and related assumption of $9 million Freddie Mac loan.
  • Representation of a joint venture partner in $75 million sale of its partnership interests in a national affordable housing portfolio of more than 30 properties throughout the U.S.
  • Representation of purchaser in land acquisition, joint venture, and construction financing for development of apartment project in Sammamish, Washington.
  • Representation of East Coast-based purchaser of $500 million affordable housing portfolio in the southeastern U. S.
