• Representation of ENGIE in acquisition of projects with 6GW of solar and battery storage capacity.
• Representation of crop processor and merchandiser in ongoing commercial matters and in the sale of its U.S. special crops division and canola oil business.
• Representation of Midwest supermarket chain in the sale of its grocery businesses to a wholesale grocery distributor and retailer.
• Representation of U.S. producer-owned vertically integrated beef company in corporate governance and securities matters and in the sale of its majority interest in a beef packing company to a financial services company.
• Representation of biofuel technology companies and wind and solar energy companies in development activities and purchase and sales transactions throughout the U.S.
