Mary Sennes provides advice and assistance to clients in a variety of business transactions, with an emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and global restructuring transactions. She also counsels public and private companies on corporate governance matters.

Mary provides practical business advice, offering her clients experience gained at a global law firm and other U.S. law firms and as in-house counsel managing the international corporate governance team at a Fortune 10 company. She serves clients in a variety of industries, ranging from renewable energy and agribusiness companies to medical device and pharmaceutical companies.

Mary’s pro bono activities include providing business advice to clients through LegalCORPS and researching immigration matters through HIAS.
