Overview
Riley Scholer is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group. Riley has experience in structured finance, securitization, project finance, and mergers and acquisition matters and has represented clients in the automotive, financial, mortgage, and credit card industries, among others.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Riley was a banking and finance associate (2021–2022) and summer associate (2020) with Mayer Brown in Chicago; a legal intern with Shipt, Inc. (2021); and a law clerk in The Law Offices of Ruth I. Major, PC (2019–2020).
