Thomas Rousse is a law clerk in Stoel Rives’ Technology & Intellectual Property practice, where he specializes in intellectual property litigation. Thomas leverages his analytical and writing expertise gained from over a decade of academic research to provide effective, insightful solutions to complex client problems.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives full time, Thomas worked as a law clerk beginning in 2018 while writing his dissertation on innovation and creativity norms at Northwestern University. He also served as a summer judicial clerk in the District of Oregon and the Fifth Circuit and as the senior online editor at Northwestern University Law Review.
