About Randi

Randi Rowe is an experienced patent prosecution paralegal with over 15 years in the legal field. She works in the Technology & Intellectual Property group in Stoel’s Seattle office and supports a wide variety of clients in all phases of U.S. and foreign patent prosecution. Randi especially enjoys providing support and guidance to clients on the management of their patent portfolios and finding ways to adapt to each client’s individual needs. She regularly assists with USPTO filings, coordinates foreign filings with international law firms, prepares patent drawings, conducts title diligence and other patent legal research, performs PTA calculation and adjustments, and prepares assignment and other legal agreements. She also provides guidance and support on all aspects of patent prosecution operations, including patent docketing, intellectual property database management, invoicing and budget management, and best practices.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Randi was a senior patent paralegal Dorsey & Whitney (2008–2012, 2014–2022), a patent paralegal/project manager at an IP boutique in Southern California (2014) and a legal assistant at an IP boutique in Melbourne, Australia (2013).
