About Michael

Michael Rubin is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group. Michael has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including corporate derivative actions, RICO suits, securities fraud, contract disputes, employment law, trade secrets, legal malpractice, antitrust, and speech-related matters. He also has experience in bankruptcy matters.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Michael was an associate with Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP (2018–2021) and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP (2016–2018; summer associate, 2015), both in New York City.
