Mandy Rynders is a paralegal in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group. Mandy’s prior experience working with small businesses in the artisan food production and distribution, construction, insurance and risk management, real estate, and retail sectors of the economy afford her a diverse background and strong business “know-how.” As a paralegal who has worked in both the corporate and litigation practice areas, she possesses a broad range of substantive legal skills and abilities.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Mandy was a human resources manager with SERVPRO of Northwest Portland (2020–2021) and a paralegal with Green Light Law Group (2018–2020).

  • Drafts, reviews, and revises litigation, real estate, and corporate documents such as Purchase and Sale, Asset Purchase, and Membership Interest Purchase Agreements; Due Diligence and Closing Checklists; Confidentiality Agreements; Operating, Partnership, and Joint Venture Agreements; Articles of Organization; Employment Agreements; Escrow Agreements; Leases; Complaints; Answers; Discovery Requests; Memorandums of Law; and Demand Letters.
  • Assists with client mergers and acquisitions from negotiations through closing.
  • Files initial corporate documents and foreign qualifications, obtain EINs, maintain annual corporate filings, and manage registered agent services.
  • Ensures and maintains corporate compliance.
  • Analyzes and interprets rules and regulations.
  • Manages large volumes of documents and performs substantive document review in both the corporate and litigation realms.
