About Nile

Nile Eatmon is a partner of Stoel Rives' Real Estate and Corporate practice groups. He has been with the firm since the Salt Lake City office opened in 1992. Nile focuses on commercial real estate, finance, leasing, acquisition and development; secured and unsecured lending and loan workouts; health care, asset acquisitions and dispositions; and general business matters. He has been recognized by Utah Business magazine as one of Utah's Legal Elite and is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Nile was a Senior Economist with the Utah Department of Commerce, Division of Public Utilities (1983-1991); an Adjunct Professor at the College of Business, Westminster College, Salt Lake City (1987-1989); an Economist for the Utah Department of Community and Economic Development (1982-1983); and a Research and Teaching Fellow at the University of Utah Department of Economics (1979-1982).
