Nealy Evans has more than twenty years of legal experience and currently focuses her practice on the beverage and hospitality industry. She assists clients with local, state, and federal alcohol beverage licensing, as well as post-licensing regulatory compliance. In addition to her extensive experience assisting local hospitality businesses, breweries, wineries, and distilleries, Nealy is knowledgeable in retail and manufacturer alcohol beverage licensing procedures nationwide, and works with wineries, cruise lines, golf courses, restaurants, and hotels to procure and maintain multistate license portfolios.

Nealy works closely with city, county and state alcohol beverage agency personnel, community board members of areas potentially impacted by liquor licenses, and with Stoel Rives and other counsel nationwide to achieve efficient results for her clients. Nealy has also worked directly with supervisory agency personnel to implement procedural changes to improve cost and time-effective streamlined licensing for particular clients.
