About Viet

Viet Nguyen is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Energy Development group. Viet counsels utilities, energy companies and other clients in matters involving project development, project financing, company formation, corporate governance and restructuring, and real estate leasing, among others. Viet has more than a decade of blended business and legal experience in transactional matters. He has been involved in structuring transactions in the United States and internationally, including in the United Arab Emirates, France, Canada, England, Ireland and Turkey.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Viet represented clients in arbitration and other contentious matters, and he brings that experience to bear in structuring transactions for his clients with a view to protecting against the downside risks of potential litigation.
