About Megan
Megan Bradford is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Labor & Employment group, where she focuses her practice on employment disputes and litigation.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Megan served as a Deputy District Attorney in Boulder, Colorado, where she tried over fifty jury trials and handled a variety of high-stakes criminal prosecutions, including sexual assaults, violent felonies, and white-collar cases. After her time as a prosecutor, Megan clerked for Colorado Court of Appeals Judge Ted C. Tow III, where she handled a broad range of civil and criminal appeals and drafted nearly fifty appellate judicial opinions. While in law school, Megan interned for Justice William W. Hood III on the Colorado Supreme Court and was a regional champion and national finalist in the NTC-TYLA national mock trial competition.
Outside of work, Megan has taught trial advocacy as an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado Law School, and she is frequently invited to serve as a presiding judge in college and law school mock trial competitions.
