Mary G. Sennes

Mary Sennes is a renewable energy transactions attorney representing developers, owners, and sponsors in mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and joint venture transactions for solar, battery energy storage, wind, and biofuels projects across the United States.

Her practice focuses on complex energy transactions spanning the full project lifecycle, including development, construction, and operational-stage assets. She regularly handles portfolio acquisitions, tax equity financings, and construction financing arrangements, with particular experience in multi-asset and multi-state transactions. Her work includes advising on utility-scale solar and storage projects, wind facilities, and emerging energy technologies such as sustainable aviation fuel.

In addition to her renewable energy work, Mary advises clients on corporate transactions, reorganizations, and joint venture arrangements across a range of industries.
