Overview
Marian Srodulski is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Litigation group, where she represents clients in complex commercial disputes in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. Her work includes drafting substantive briefing and advocacy materials at multiple stages of a dispute, from emergency applications seeking interim relief to resolution. She has represented a range of clients, including commercial and industrial businesses, healthcare and life sciences companies, developers, and nonprofit organizations.
Marian has experience addressing land use and real property disputes involving unlawful takings, eminent domain, and due process issues, as well as contract disputes under both common law and the Uniform Commercial Code. She has helped clients obtain emergency relief pending arbitration to preserve the status quo, contributed to mediation proceedings that resulted in favorable resolutions, and assisted clients in recovering wrongfully retained property through the application of state statutory remedies, including under Maryland law. Marian brings a detail-oriented, practical approach to advancing clients’ objectives efficiently and thoughtfully.
