Margaret Kushner is a retired partner of the firm.   • Represented investor in limited partnership formed to acquire public company in connection with negotiation of limited partnership agreement, 2008.
  • Represented manufacturer in connection with sale of business to management group and negotiation of intercompany agreements, 2007.
  • Represented manufacturer in connection with dispositions of dealerships (some operated by LLCs and some by corporations), dissolutions and modifications of joint venture LLCs with dealers, and sale of specialty vehicles division and structuring of equity participation in purchaser LLC, 2005 through 2010.
