Overview

Xiaowan Mao practices in Stoel Rives’ Energy Development group, where she assists renewable energy project owners and developers with project development arrangements, including equipment procurement, construction, maintenance and operation, and power purchase agreements; project mergers and acquisitions; debt and equity financings and other business transactional work. Xiaowan also plays an active role in supporting the firm’s international trade and supply chain work.
