Lisa Davis is a paralegal in the Technology & Intellectual Property group. She has extensive experience with matters involving the development, use, and protection of intellectual property rights both domestically and internationally. Lisa regularly assists with trademark clearance, registration, maintenance, monitoring, enforcement, and dispute resolution. Her experience also includes copyright protection and registration, intellectual property litigation, domain name and website issues, intellectual property due diligence, product labeling compliance, contests and sweepstakes, trademark docketing, and intellectual property database management.

Lisa has over 15 years of intellectual property experience. Prior to joining the firm, she was an intellectual property paralegal at Lane Powell PC and Tonkon Torp LLP. She was also a trademark assistant and docketing specialist at the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
