Overview
Lexi Orgill practices in Stoel Rives’ Environment, Land Use & Natural Resources group. She has researched legal questions under state and federal environmental laws and authored articles, memoranda, and litigation documents pertaining to a variety of environmental and natural resource issues, with a focus on the Endangered Species Act.
Lexi has previously worked as an intern with various federal agencies in the environmental and natural resources sectors, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division; the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division; and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Branch of Conservation and Policy Support. While in law school, Lexi was a summer associate with Stoel Rives and a student-attorney for the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic, where she managed seven cases involving governmental information access litigation.
