About Roger

Roger Lee is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Corporate group who has experience representing sponsors and lenders in connection with the development, financing and sale of renewable energy projects. Roger has experience drafting and reviewing various deal documents and has managed and coordinated closing processes for a variety of transactions.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Roger was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP (2016–2019) in San Francisco and at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP (2013–2016) in New York City, where he counseled clients in finance, securitizations and structured finance transactions. Roger has represented private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in a range of domestic and international financing transactions, including secured and unsecured facilities, syndicated financings, first and second lien facilities, asset-based and cash flow facilities and acquisition financings. He was a judicial intern for the Honorable Denise P. Hood of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Earlier in his career, Roger was as an accountant and financial analyst for several major corporations.
