About Kevin

Kevin Jun is a project finance specialist in Stoel Rives’ Corporate practice and a member of the Energy Industry Group. He assists with the representation of project sponsors, buyers, investors, and lenders in connection with the development, cash and tax equity investment, construction and term debt financing, and acquisition and sale of operating and development-stage corporate, community, and utility-scale solar, wind, hydro, and battery storage renewable energy projects.

Kevin has extensive experience in transaction and project document preparation, due diligence, deal closing management, and corporate organizational and governance matters. For more than 20 years, he has supported attorneys and clients in the corporate, restructuring, and leveraged finance legal fields. Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Kevin was a corporate transaction, contract, and finance paralegal in the New York and Los Angeles offices of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; O’Melveny & Myers LLP; Sidley Austin LLP; Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP; and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP.
