About Kevin

Kevin Crosman is an associate in the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property group, where he works with clients in a variety of transactional intellectual property matters. Kevin has broad experience in trademark matters of all kinds, including searching, drafting license and coexistence agreements, and advising clients on trademark enforcement strategy. Kevin also has significant experience in drafting privacy policies, commercial and license agreements, and nondisclosure agreements. Kevin is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.

While in law school, Kevin worked for Stoel Rives as a summer associate. He also clerked for the Small Business Legal Clinic, where he helped small businesses with various intellectual property and business formation issues, and was a clerk for the Bonneville Power Administration. Prior to law school, Kevin worked for Mentor Graphics in Wilsonville, Oregon.
