Keelin listened to what employer’s goals were when facing EEOC charges, arbitrations and employment litigation and, working with a team where appropriate, provided efficient representation. Clients sought out Keelin to conduct investigations and mediations to limit risk and avoid expensive litigation. She provided engaging workplace training to managers and employees.
Keelin was a volunteer mediator in a very successful program that provides mediation to parties in small claims court.
