About Jackson

Jackson is a knowledgeable and experienced corporate attorney whose practice focuses on private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and a variety of other commercial transactions for both established businesses and emerging companies. He routinely drafts and negotiates non-disclosure agreements, letters of intent, stock and asset purchase agreements, loan agreements, merger agreements, lease agreements, security packages, and other commercial contracts.

Jackson also regularly advises companies on general corporate and structuring matters as well as day-to-day operational and governance issues that inevitably arise during the life of a business. As part of this process, he excels at finding creative and practical solutions to complex legal and commercial challenges.
