Juliana Whelan is an attorney in the Private Client section of Stoel Rives’ Estate and Trust Administration group. She has over 25 years of experience in gift, estate, and tax planning; family business succession planning; pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements; planning for charitable giving; preparation of federal and state estate tax returns and federal gift tax returns; and the administration of trusts and decedents’ estates.

While in law school, Juliana was an extern to the Honorable Eugene Lynch, Federal Circuit Court, San Francisco, California.
