About Jeremy
Jeremy Barton is an associate in the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property group. Jeremy’s practice includes drafting and prosecuting utility and design patent applications; managing patent portfolios, including foreign prosecution; drafting opinions regarding patentability and freedom to operate; drafting invalidity and non-infringement opinions; and drafting Inter partes review petitions.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Jeremy was an associate at Stern, Kessler, Goldstein and Fox, LLP (2016-2017); and an associate (2013-2016) and summer associate (2012) at Oblon, McClelland, Maier, and Neustadt, LLP. While in law school, he was a judicial clerk extern for Chief Judge Randall R. Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fed. Cir., Washington, DC.
