About Jennifer
As a conflicts attorney at Stoel Rives, LLP, Jennifer Garber Guerrero is responsible for reviewing new business requests submitted to the firm, including requests related to existing and potential new clients as well as requests related to external publications and requests for proposal, with an emphasis on conflicts analysis, new business intake, waivers, ethical walls, database management, and systems maintenance.
Jennifer is also Adjunct Professor of Professional Responsibility at Seattle University of School of Law.
Prior to joining Stoel, Jennifer was conflicts attorney at Miller Nash LLP (2019–21). Before that, Jennifer practiced in family defense, representing children and parents involved in child welfare proceedings (2011–19), in family law (2014–19), and in juvenile defense in a therapeutic drug court program (2013–15).
Jennifer received her J.D. from Seattle University School of Law (2010), her M.A. in Modern Jewish Studies from The Jewish Theological Seminary (2004), and her B.A. in Religion from Boston University (2000). She is admitted to practice in Washington.
