Overview

Jaycee Dean advocates for her clients using a detail-oriented approach to help them navigate complex environmental issues. She counsels them on various federal and state natural resources issues related to the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), water quality, and environmental defense.

While attending law school, Jaycee interned at a prominent Sacramento lobbying firm where she learned the creative skills needed for client advocacy, which carry over into the multifaceted problem-solving world of regulatory compliance and environmental litigation.
