James Graves is an attorney in the Environmental practice group.  James’ practice focuses on regulatory compliance and litigation under a variety of federal and state environmental laws including the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Endangered Species Act, Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), Magnuson-Stevens Act, Clean Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and Washington’s Model Toxics Control Act (MTCA).

Prior to joining the firm, James was a summer associate with Stoel Rives LLP and a law clerk at the U.S. Department of the Interior, Office of the Regional Solicitor in Portland, Oregon, in 2012.
