Overview
Isaiah Hardy provides assistance on a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions. He represents urban and affordable housing developers, wind and solar developers, real estate management companies, and other property owners with the acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing of apartment buildings, office buildings, agricultural land, and mixed-use properties. In his current role, Isaiah’s responsibilities have included drafting Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreements; drafting and negotiating Lease Agreements; site control support for wind and solar energy land campaigns; and land acquisition due diligence.
Isaiah’s legal acumen is strengthened by his experience as a judicial extern for the Honorable Mustafa T. Kasubhai of the United States District Court for the District of Oregon and as a summer associate.
