About Hannah

Hannah Follender is a registered U.S. patent attorney who practices in Stoel Rives’ Technology & Intellectual Property (IP) group. Hannah’s practice generally focuses on registering, licensing, and enforcing patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets and includes experience in technical areas covering biotechnology, medical devices, software, and mechanical technologies, among others. She advises clients on intellectual property strategy matters, developing tailored strategies for each client’s unique needs. Hannah is experienced in developing U.S. and international trademark prosecution and enforcement plans for clients operating in domestic and foreign jurisdictions, as well as in online enforcement on social media platforms and third-party sellers.

Before joining Stoel Rives, Hannah was a registered patent attorney (2018–2022) and registered patent agent (2017–2018) with Workman Nydegger. While attending law school at the University of Utah, she was an intern for the Honorable Justice Deno Himonas of the Utah Supreme Court (2017) and a summer law clerk with Sherby & Co. Advs. in Ramat Gan, Israel (2016).
