About Christal

Christal Harrison-Delgado is an associate in Stoel Rives’ Real Estate, Development & Construction group. Christal advises clients on a variety of real estate matters including affordable housing projects, financing, acquisitions, commercial leasing, and due diligence review.

Christal is originally from Arizona and received her undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. She then moved to Washington to attend the University of Washington School of Law. After law school, Christal clerked for the Honorable Ronald E. Cox (ret.) at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division One, in Seattle. Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Christal was a corporate associate at law firms in Seattle and Tacoma.
