About Gabrielle

Gabrielle Glemann is Of Counsel in the firm’s Corporate Group. Gabrielle advises corporations across a number of industries regarding a broad array of commercial and regulatory matters, including financing transactions, asset sales and acquisitions, risk assessment and mitigation, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. She has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and distressed debt transactions and has represented debtors, trustees, examiners, and secured and general creditors in chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcies and related proceedings.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Gabrielle was counsel at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP (2007-2017) and an associate at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP (2006-2007).

  • Represented regional airline through business restructuring and administration of chapter 11 cases.
  • Represented affiliated corporations in first ever cross-border trial conducted simultaneously in U.S. and Canadian Courts to resolve dispute regarding ownership of intellectual property asset sale proceeds arising from complex transfer pricing arrangements.
  • Represented Trustee in liquidation of broker-dealer, securing recoveries in excess of $1 billion for claims arising from compliance violations.
  • Represented of secured creditor as stalking horse bidder and successful purchaser through credit bid in contested auction of ethanol facility.
  • Secured appellate reversal on issue of first impression before U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
