Fred Struve is a senior associate in the firm’s Technology and Intellectual Property group, where he focuses his practice on technology and sourcing transactions.

Fred handles a broad range of software licensing and services agreements as well as complex information technology and business process outsourcing transactions. He regularly advises highly regulated health care entities, including health plans, in connection with strategic outsourcing initiatives and diversified technology and services offerings.

Fred also advises businesses on intellectual property asset transactions, trademark and copyright registrations and portfolio management, and data privacy and security matters. Clients value his understanding of their industries and regulatory obligations as well as his ability to facilitate their business objectives and minimize risk.

Fred is a native of Denmark who enjoys traveling, gardening, and all things English Premier League and MLS soccer.
