About Erica

Erica Valli is an associate in the Corporate practice group and has extensive experience representing clients on significant business transactions. Erica has helped clients in many different industries navigate complex domestic and international transactions and has specific expertise assisting clients in the energy space.

She represents sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a variety of complex debt financing transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, syndicated credit facilities, private placements, asset-backed financings and project financing. She also regularly represents sponsors, developers and investors in the acquisition and sale of operating and development-stage renewable energy projects.

Prior to joining Stoel Rives, Erica worked for a number of years in London at a top-tier international law firm.

  • Represented sponsor in construction and term debt financing and inverted lease tax equity financing of 250 MW solar project in Texas.
  • Represented Wastewater Opportunity Fund, a fund managed by Equilibrium Capital, in connection with solid waste bond offering used to finance construction of renewable natural gas production facility in a transaction underwritten by Goldman Sachs & Co.
  • Represented alternative lender in its lending to seafood manufacturer and distributer operating on the Snake River in Idaho.
  • Represented natural gas company in connection with its private placement of $250 million of senior promissory notes.
  • Represented Utah-based public company in refinancing its secured revolving credit facility.
  • Represented The Willamette Valley Company in connection with financing acquisition of controlling interest by Endeavour Capital.
